Great blog by the zennist here on Zen and Buddhism in the west and how much it sucks. I don't agree with all of the points he made but I do agree that Zen has very little place in either the mystic or self-help circles that it tends to run in.
I would like to disagree alittle more but something about the zennist scares me. I don't know what it is, exactly. For some reason I picture him looking like Gary Busey. That should be enough to scare anyone.
